Our Team
Nicolas Muyres
Director of Trinity Counseling Center
Nick is a Teaching Elder at Trinity Reformed Church and serves as the Director and counselor at Trinity Counseling Center. He is a Certified Biblical Counselor (ACBC) with over six years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through difficult seasons of life. A U.S. Navy veteran, Nick brings a calm, compassionate, and steady presence to counseling, offering hope rooted in the grace and truth of Scripture.
Nick has particular experience in marriage and family counseling, as well as addiction and those with life-dominating struggles, and is known for providing clear, practical, and Christ-centered guidance aimed at lasting heart and life change.
Nick is also a frequent writer on biblical counseling and theology, publishing articles to equip and encourage the church. He is currently completing a Master of Arts in Theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (anticipated March 2026) and is pursuing a Master of Social Work to further strengthen his ability to serve individuals and families with wisdom, care, and professional excellence. Nick lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and five children.
